Madwackd Studio™ is an AI video studio. We want you, and the people who watch what you make, to know exactly where AI is used.

1. What is made with AI

• Video: generated by Google's Veo models on Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Voice: generated by third-party text-to-speech providers, including Google voices. Custom voices are only made from recordings of people who gave consent.
• Scripts and quotes: our tools may use AI to suggest prompts, scripts or shot lists, and to estimate render quotes.
• Producer services: human producers may plan, edit and review your project, but the footage and voices are still AI-generated unless your quote says otherwise.

2. Watermarks and content credentials

Video generated by Google's Veo models includes SynthID, an invisible digital watermark built into the video that identifies it as AI-generated. It does not change how the video looks or sounds. Outputs may also carry content credentials or metadata that show the content was made with AI.

• We do not remove these signals, and you agree not to remove, alter or hide them.
• Editing, compressing or re-recording a video can weaken these signals. That does not change your duty to label AI content where required.

3. Labeling what you publish

You are responsible for how you share your Outputs. We recommend, and in some cases the law or the platform requires, that you clearly label realistic AI-generated video and voice. A simple label works, such as "Made with AI" or "This video uses AI-generated people and voices."

• Label AI content in ads, especially any that show realistic people. Some states, such as New York, require disclosure when AI-generated performers appear in ads.
• Never present an AI person as a real customer, reviewer or expert. That is a fake testimonial under FTC rules.
• Follow the AI-labeling rules of the platforms you post on.
• Content about political candidates or elections may require a specific AI disclaimer under Colorado and other state laws.

4. Limits of AI

• AI output can be inaccurate, strange or different from what you asked for. Review every Output before you use it.
• AI-generated people are not real, even when they look real. Any resemblance to a real person not provided by you is unintended. Report it to us if you see it.
• Safety filters may block some prompts or results. Prompts our pre-screen blocks cost nothing; videos the provider's safety filter blocks are not refunded. See our Credits and Refund Policy.

5. Your data and AI training

We do not use your prompts, uploads or Outputs to train our own AI models. Our AI providers process your content to generate your Outputs under their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Automated decisions

Madwackd Studio does not use AI to make decisions about you in areas such as employment, housing, lending, insurance, education, health care or legal services. Automated systems are used only to generate content, give quotes and screen for content that breaks our rules.
